The end of the umbilical cord

Walks around our lake

Our first walk with Solomon down to our lake.

Pete putting together our stroller for the first time.

Pete fishing on Beaver Lake (our neighborhood lake)

Solomon nestled down.

The leaves were in full affect with vivid Fall colors.

Our first family trip up to the Blue Ridge Parkway to drive around and look at the beautiful leaves and have lunch at the highest point east of the Mississippi, Mt Mitchell.

Our 2nd year wedding anniversary

Our 2nd year wedding anniversary came soon after the arrival of Solomon. With every thing on our 'table' at this point we decided to just stay in w/our new addition and enjoy the night together as a new family. We drank N/A champagne since I was not allowed to drink alcohol at this point and it was YUMMY (thanks Mom for buying this for us).

Pete bought me 2 dozens roses. The red roses represent our love and the yellow roses represent the birth of Solomon. A very clever and meaningful treat from my wonderful husband.

Bath time

His first bath didn't go over to well. However, after that first time Solomon grew to enjoy his baths.

The only one sleeping now a days

Solomon seems to be the only one sleeping much now a days. But his super cute, sweet face makes it all ok.

Greta is putting it all together (Solomon is here for good)

A tired Momma

The animals have given up on us and have left the bedroom to sleep for sanity on the couch, 'together' none the less.

Still sleeping

Pete can't stand it at some points and has to just grab Solomon up even when he's YEP.. still sleeping.

Greta is trying to be patient.
